Electronic transformer does not work with volt meter (it will give zero (0) or wrong reading).
To test transformer, connect it to a working puck light with new bulb, attach touch pad to transformer, plug to wall outlet then tap the touch pad to turn on.
DIM60W-120 will not work for LED, electronic devices and motors.
