Years ago--maybe 8-9--I purchased from Lowes a set of "puck" lights that attach to the undersides of wall cabinets to provide lighting on my garage workspace. The lights operate through a control box (120 v) to which is attached by a wire a round button that allows the lights to be turned on through a cycle of three levels of brightness with a simple touch of the hand. I give the product 5 stars for being neat, clean-looking, and very functional in design. I was surprised, however, recently when I went to turn the lights on and touched the button and all of a sudden there was a burst of bright light and the system ceased to operate.
As Lowes no longer sells this product I was able to find a replacement control box through Ilumina, and was very pleased they had it in stock. I spoke on the phone with "Will" and placed the order with him. So, I give the control box a "three stars" rating because I was surprised and disappointed that it conked out, but I give Will and Ilumina "five stars" because I received excellent customer service and the product arrived quickly after it was ordered and was exactly as discussed. I have already replaced my old control box with the new one and everything is working fine again. Based on my experience, I would definitely do business with Ilumina again.
